I wish there was some magic to that. but there is not. for me even the exercise alone won't work. i don't eat a lot but when i want a nicer leg and but i really do have to cut back on calories. Walking is great. I love to exercise but anything else i do just makes them bigger. When i walk my legs and butt look much better. Just try cutting back, watch u'r diet, and move. but what really counts for the but and legs is the calories and what u eat. walking and other exercises help the process. if u are thicker in those areas like me, don't do lunges or heavy lifting at least till u lose a Little there. walking really trim that area. just any low impact activity + stretching + upper body weight lifting which will keep the balance. There is no way to spot reduce. U have to lose weight to make them smaller. If u don't want to lose weight u can just work out to make them toned and firm. good luck,

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

Work out- run, powerwalk, use an elliptical, swim, dance, walk, whatever. Get enough cardio (any of the above for at least 30 minutes a day), and eat healthily, both of which will melt the fat.
