Depends on who you believe, here's what I think:
Some answers to questions are actually reliable, but most often not.
Lots of times people just want to get points so they look stuff up since they think points make them powerful.
People might just be moody & want to let off some steam.
Somebody is really happy about something they did so they want free advertisement.
If somebody gets bored they want to see what type of response they get.
I guess I am bored

Yes, it is possible to see intelligent questions and answers on this site. It is like anywhere else in the world. All different degrees of content.
