I think so, HK been concentrating its tourism on certain group of people in the past but is catching up to make the city a place for everyone thou'. It is now developing it's country side attractions.. like the Mai Po Wetland for the more environmentally concerned tourists.. But facilities for shoppers and businnese travellers I think is MORE than enough

For a small country ,no. it had done a lot. should be a role model for other country.
