They are really sugary. They won't kill you, if you're not diabetic, but they'll make your blood sugar go up, then go down really quickly, leaving you hungry and tired mid-morning. Try oatmeal, granola, or wholewheat tost with a slice of cheese.
However, if you only like sugary cereal, keep eating them, because even a somewhat unbalanced breakfast is better than no breakfast. Make sure to have fruit and nuts handy for the mid-morning energy crash.

The cereals that you mention are high in sugar and are not as healthy as other cereals such as Raisin Bran, Shredded Wheat, Cheerios, etc. which are lower in sugar and have more whole grains and, therefore, more fiber. It's important to get the majority of your bread/ wheat servings from whole grain because whole grain has more fiber and keeps your blood sugar levels even longer.

there not bad for you. But they really ahve no nutritional value. Thats why when they show the commercials for that kind of cereal they always have juice fruit and toast sitting with it or it has no value at all. the milk is in it some vitamins but not any where close to the recommended daily allowance. that you need.

They're pretty sugary - you could do better, but it's not the end of the world. What counts is your total diet; no single food is going to make or break it if you don't overdo it.
