i gave a gift to my crush and he was a boy he was so suprise it kind of ruin of friendship but after 2 months went by of not talking to me he miss talking to me so when started to talk again but i had to wait 2 months until everything was back to normal but you are giving a gift to a girl not a boy i would just say hey we really should hang out more here is my e-mail address!

Aww... that sounds sweet. If you're in high school, why not just stick something in her locker with a note from you? If in college, how about sending something to her dorm or dropping it in her bag when she's not looking. Out of college? Just drop something by her doorstep.
I would say that it was a cute gesture, and I'd love to hang out. I wouldn't use your line about buying it, though. That sounded cheezy to me.

No, you dont give your crush a gift. And you don't give her a letter asking for you guys to hang out. Don't be such a wussy. Tell her face to face that you want to hang out. Those are not manly behavior.

first thing first is never ask a girl what does she want, if you do that then she will think your not confident and sooner or later dump you. just listen to what she have to say and give her the perfect gift. LISTEN AND LEARN that's what women wants.
