I have a large breast of Turkey from xmas day i have defrosting at the moment, it has already been cooked then frozen, can I only safly eat it cold now or can it be re heated with out the risk of food poisening etc. Any suggestions??

you can put it in tin foil and in to oven, or mix up gravy mix and cook in casserole, or something like sweet and sour sauce,
you have to make sure it is heated all the way through in a hot oven,the temp should be 85 degs and it will be safe

Can't reheat turkey or chicken without risking serious upsets. Throw it out.

I usually make curry out of mine, but make sure it's cooked thoroughly.
