I've formatted my labtop, and I backup my data (most of them not all!!). I figured out that I didn't backup my contacts (which are saved in My Microsoft Outlook). As a result it has been formatted. How to restore my contacts from my formatted Labtop??

Sorry, If you formatted the laptop, your contacts are history. I don't think you want to pay megabucks to some techie to retrieve them.

It is a good idea to export Contacts to a file (which can be copied or backed up to a flashdrive or portable hard drive). All you have to do is open Outlook, cl on Contacts to highlight, cl File, Import/Export, and export to a CSV file. The CSV format can be imported into almost any other datafile you can name.

Check your hard drive for all PST files. Open them via File > Open > Outlook data file ..... in outlook

Your contacts should be in one of them
