My dvd player s not playing ntsc format?

there might be a switch on the side or at the back of ur dvd player try putting on to ntsc playback modfe and then try playing the video u rt ryoing to play
or elese choos ntsc format from ur menuy before inserying the dvd
and try insreting ur ddv
guess that should work out well

Computer DVD players will play both. You may have to change the region code though

Maybe it is a PAL DVD player.
