Sure..

Healthy eating and exercising is what works. The weight loss will be very gradual, but it will also stay off. Definately worth it.

I have not found a diet or diet pill that works yet! Maybe I just cant stay with it ,but two years ago I went biking every day for the summer in the evenings & I lost an incredible 22 lbs . I didnt really change what I ate I ate what everyone else in the house did ,but I stayed away from bread & junk food.
