1. Brush her teeth 3 times a day. When she gets up, after lunch, and right before bed.

2. Invest in a electronic toothbrush and brush in a more circular motion.

3. Floss AT LEAST once a day.

4. Make sure to brush the toungue as far back as you can go without gagging and don't forget about brushing the roof of the mouth and behind teeth.

5. Buy a tongue cleaner and use it twice when she gets up and before going to bed.

6. Use mouthwash twice a day.

7. Drink plenty of water. This helps clean the mouth.

8. Give her small snacks throughout the day- eating generates saliva which cleans the mouth of bacteria.

9. Cut back on junk food ESPECIALLY SODA.

10. One last thing that might be the problem especially with her cousins noticing it- if she is running around and ruough housing with her cousins this will lead to dry mouth. Whenever you run or work out you bondy doesn't produce much saliva and the bacteria accumulates. So if she is playing with her cousins she may get dry mouth producing the bad breath.

The most common indicators of a sluggish or constipated colon include hard, dry stools that are difficult or even impossible to pass for three days or longer. These symptoms alone can cause a person to feel bloated, full, lethargic, and an overall sense of malaise. A healthy bowel should purge itself of toxins once a day at the very minimum. Bad bacteria backed up in the bowels can contribute to bad breath or body odor, as the waste literally sits and putrefies in the colon. A thickly coated tongue can be another symptom of constipation. In fact, bacteria sitting in the colon for too long can lead to bad breath that never seems to get better no matter how many times you brush, gargle, or use fresheners.

Flossing is a critical part of dental hygiene that most people ignore. She's probably not brushing well or often enough either. Most people brush side-to-side. My dentist told me that's not the best way. You should brush in a circular motion to get under the gums a little bit, which is where most of the stinky problem resides.

IT IS A BIOLOGICAL FACT THAT A PERSON IS NOT ABLE TO DETECT THEIR OWN BAD BREATH, WHILE OTHERS CAN.
IF ORAL HYGIENE IS RULED OUT (is she flossing or using a Waterlik?), THERE ARE OTHER ANSWERS.
THE OTHER IS DIET OR SYSTEMIC DISEASE.

CERTAIN DISEASES CAN BE READILY DISCERNED BY BAD BREATH.
A PROBLEM FOR SOME IS POST NASAL DRIP.
ANOTHER ONE IS LIVER DISEASE, WHICH HAS A VERY DISTINCTIVE MALODOR.
