I used to eat it like this when I was younger, but I don't know if I should anymore because it's kind of unhealthy. What do you think? Maybe something to indulge in once in a while, right? I'm fifteen and I'm supposed to be gaining weight, but I don't want to eat a whole bunch of junk food to do it. So...should I eat this for a dessert some nights?

Not a problem if you don't have to watch your sugar intake.
Smear honey or molasses on top, just as good and maybe healthier.

I know alot of older people that eat peanut butter and brown sugar on toast. Peanut butter is contains a high amount of protein. Brown sugar, well, I bet alot of cereals have just as much sugar also. Your right once in awhile it should bother you, unless you were diabetic or allergic to peanuts.

All peanut butter already has sugar...they just change the name but adding sugar to it sounds like a good idea to me..if that's the way you like it then hey......smash up some bannanas and mix some honey in it too and that gain a few pounds for ya..
