I have an awful habit of eating junk food. How can I get rid of this habit once and for all or eat junk food in moderation?

Junk food can be very delicious, but you definately want to rid yourself of this habit. It depends on your preferences. To get sweets, you can try fruits, because they are definately healthier, but they are still sweet. Even if you dip them in sugar, it is at least a little better. For light snacking, you can buy bags of salad lettuce and dressing. There are all sorts of healthier choices, but you can still lightly snack,

don't let the junk food in the house. if it's fast food your talking about eat something good for you before you leave or bring something with you.

i imagine it really is suitable to pass chilly turkey and jsut provide up ingesting them. trust me the yearning will pass away in a pair weeks. yet in a special way you should attempt is weaning your self off them. do not bite gum because it makes your abdomen imagine you're going to eat some thing and once you do not it makes you hungry.
