merry meet :)
Asking for resources is a great first step, in fact, if you find yourself truly interested in wicca, I would take about a year of pure research.
Obviously there are a lot of websites out there on the net, and you have to be careful what you believe. Once you get a general understanding of the religion, you'll be able to distinguish the credible ones from others.
One thing you will notice is that not all websites, or books, agree with each other about everything. This is because Wicca and Paganism have many different forms, in many different parts of the world. There are different variations and beliefs, and you'll have to figure out which suit YOU the best.
A good place to start is wicca.com . It's not a particularly large website, but it does have some good information. A book I would highly recommend is "Be A Teen Goddess" . This book is very upbeat and positive, and is a great read for wiccans of all ages. It also has a wealth of information, and can be found in some librarys. Its definately worth it's pricetag, too.
When you search the net use different keywords, wicca, teen wicca, teen witch, pagan, paganism, etc. Some websites won't show up under every category, and this will enable you to find more resources of information.
If you have any more specific questions, I'd be more than willing to help you out. feel free to YIM me if you like. I hope this was helpful for you. Blessed Be.

Wicca is a Neopagan religion and a religious movement found in various countries throughout the world. It was first popularised in 1954 by a British civil servant named Gerald Gardner[1] after the British Witchcraft Act was repealed. He claimed that the religion, of which he was an initiate, was a modern survival of an old witchcraft religion, which had existed in secret for hundreds of years, originating in the pre-Christian Paganism of Europe. Wicca is thus sometimes referred to as the Old Religion. The veracity of Gardner's claims cannot be independently proven, and it is thought that written Wiccan theology began to be compiled no earlier than the 1920s.[2] Various related Wiccan traditions have since evolved or been adapted from the form established by Gardner, which came to be called Gardnerian Wicca. These other traditions of Wicca each have distinctive beliefs, rituals, and practices. Many traditions of Wicca remain secretive and require that members be initiated. There is also a movement of Eclectic or Solitary Wiccans who do not believe that any doctrine or traditional initiation is necessary in order to practice Wicca. The 2001 American Religious Identification Survey estimated that at least 134,000 adults identified themselves as Wiccans in the US.[

Wicca is the belief in a God and Goddess and it involves a strong reverence in nature. Wiccans follow the Wiccan Rede of "Harm None". I would suggest going to The Celtic Connection at www.wicca.com Its a great site with a lot of information on Wicca and some other pagan religions. It has a forum too where people of all religions are invited to join and talk as long as they don't insult another person or their religion.

Go to Google and type in 'Wicca' ther is a ton of websites and most of them have links to other websites if you want to find out more. The 'religious tolerance' website is really good. It has a bunch of essays explaining the principal beliefs and an FAQ section. Branch out from there.

I've got a decent collection of links at my site, specifically at http://www.thegreenwolf.com/links.html
I would also recommend picking up a few books; websites are good, but generally unedited. I have some suggestions at http://lupabitch.wordpress.com
