Why is there not one tiny bit of evidence for the existence of God?

Okay, I probably shouldn't say that. There is a possiblity of a higher power, this deity that has been dubbed "God"...But no one has any proof of it. "Look in the mirror" is not proper proof; we could have evolved. Reading the Bible doesn't prove it...those could be made-up stories. In fact, unless God poofs down here himself to prove his own existence, we have no way of proving he exists. No evidence. Nada.

The Bible declares, “The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of His hands. Day after day they pour forth speech; night after night they display knowledge. There is no speech or language where their voice is not heard. Their voice goes out into all the earth, their words to the ends of the world” (Psalm 19:1-4). Looking at the stars, understanding the vastness of the universe, observing the wonders of nature, seeing the beauty of a sunset – all of these things point to a Creator God. If these were not enough, there is also evidence of God in our own hearts. Ecclesiastes 3:11 tells us, “…He has also set eternity in the hearts of men…” There is something deep down in our beings that recognizes that there is something beyond this life and someone beyond this world. We can deny this knowledge intellectually, but God’s presence in us and through us is still there. Despite all of this, the Bible warns us that some will still deny God’s existence, “The fool says in his heart, ‘There is no God.’” (Psalm 14:1). Since over 98% of people throughout history, in all cultures, in all civilizations, on all continents believe in the existence of some kind of God – there must be something (or someone) causing this belief.

I think that the world itself is way to complex to have just spontanously created itself and evolved over millions of years. The human body is an amazing thing when you think that you consist of tiny cells each living millions of them. I believe there is a higher being ( I believe in God in the Christian sense) involved the creation of the world. A lot of times people want to say there is no God because bad things happen on this earth...I could be wrong but I think when Adam and Eve sinned it opened the world up to other sins, sickness, disease, and ultimately death. You are entitled to believe what you want, but you posted the question and this is my answer.

How can you say that? I'm not trying to be offensive or anything, but look around. let me ask you something-do you love anybody around you? People who believe in God always say God is love, God is the ultimate source of power, peace, wisdom and love. so if you love someone, you know that feeling is from God.

Where do you think we come from? Did we just happen to be on earth and start civilization? Did people just pop out of thin air and begin life? I dont think so, buddy. Everything has a creator.

Oh my friend you look but do not see! I see God in the mountains, the ocean, a spring rain and a new born baby! I have more than once been told by doctors I would not live, but continued to do so miraculously! The fact we are here on this earth is evidence!

Go out side on a cold day and blow air out your
mouth. See the vapor coming out. Now go back inside and blow air out your mouth again. You see nothing. You know it is there because you just saw the vapor the air made while outside.
What about the sun, moon and the stars, you see them you know they are there. God created these for us. He stationed them in just the right position. The sun too close and we would burn up. The moon and the stars have there positions also for there purpose. They just didn't happen. They are all in there perfect positions.

You ean besides that George Washngton bled to death but the bible told us all over 2000 years before that life was in the blood.

That the bible said thousands of years before science the earth was round, that vapors were water and many others.

That could only happen from God and thus proof besides of course teh eye witness testimonies of the 40+ different writers of the 66 Books of the Bible
