You are jumping from the frying pan into the fire . If you live in the States and you want to move to Dubai , you do not have a clue about your life . Wise up. Get a decent job and save your money . Treat your folks with respect since they put up with your crap for 22 years and probably are at their wits end with you . There is no country on this earth easier to live in than the States .You pick a place in the middle East and you find out what it means to be a woman . Keep your face covered .

Sounds like your from the states.... I suppose you could move to Dubai. But, before moving half-way around the world, where you are definitely and totally isolated from your parents, shouldn't you try living on your own a little closer to home.... just in case you might run into a few problems? Running into problems in a strange country that has different customs and laws from what you are familiar with is not a pleasant experience. And if you have to ask about Dubai from all of us...... it's obvious you don't have a clue what you might be getting into.

Good gawd, past 18 and still at home? Yuck! Yes, get out nad on your own. Probably have to move in with a room mate for a while, until you get on yoru feet. But that's pretty normal, are you going to college because they usually have placement services and dorms available.
