Well, guys are really wierd. Let's just start out with that. With some guys, you know that they notice you if they talk to you. Other's, if they just know your name. Some guys are really shy. Some guys are wild and out going. It really depends on how the guy you're talking about is. If he never looks at you then he probably doesnt notice you, that's kind of a duh. But if he looks at you, you smile and he smiles back, he notices you. But boys are really different when it comes to that. Either he really doesn't know who the heck you are, or maybe you make him nervous. You really never know.

sum times he looks at u when u dont notice then look away so u dont know for sure or he goes up to u and talk to u like guys should.

You would have to notice that a guy is noticing you as you notice him notice you.
