1. use smooth move tea (it makes you poop) the first day and drink pleanty of water only drink 2 cups of it.
2. next day drink tons of water you can add lemon juice to it of you want.
3. third day drink tons of water again.
4th day eat a good meal like oatmeal for breakfast. start over introducing your self to good foods and snacks

Drink nothing but apple, prune, and pear juices and water for the next 48 hours, take a multivitamin, and don't eat anything, or just eat carrots, celery, and lettuce (no dressing).

Absolutely avoid any meat, dairy, or grains like bread, pasta, cakes, cookies, etc.

Note: there is a "Hollywood Diet" they used to make that did this, and it was supposed to be safe for 48 hours, but don't do it for longer than this, because you need the calories and nutrients. But I know for a fact that you'll feel better after you do it.

I found one that works for me.....I have more energy and sleep better.
I have kept the weight off too.
I totally believe that toxins are in our body

yOU CAN DO A FEW THINGS EITHER GO TO YOUR HEALTH STORE AND GET A LIVER DETOX,OR SIMPLY DRINK PLENTY OF WATER,AS THIS WILL FLUSH YOUR SYSTEM OUT.
