I'm a sophomore at highschool and when the new semester started i met a lot of new people and some included two guys i started to like one quite a bit and then i found out he has a girlfriend and this seems to happen to me often i want to know if this is a coincidence or if there could be something about me that causes me to like guys who are already taken so obviously shouldn't be interested in me in that way.

Well, you said you didn't find out they were taken until after you set your sights on them so I don't think you are doing it purposefully.
Perhaps you are very attractive so naturally you are going after very attractive young fellows who you are finding unfortunately, already attached. Just be patient and who knows, the next, may find you.
Oh and you may have a thing for the very extroverted type which means they are rarely shy and usually eager to approach girls. Try looking for
a cute/shy type, maybe you'll have better luck.

You are soo young, dont worry about it. A long term relationship at your age is what 2 months. If he has a gf now, its likely he wont soon. You might want to ask a guy if he has a gf sooner. There are so many guys out there, just chill.

it might be a coincidence, but it may also be that u know that they r taken, and u know u cant have them, which makes u like them more, it happens all the time in my grade.

I used to be like that! I think when we see a guy making his girl feel so special and wonderful, we want to be that girl. It's kind of a form of jealousy, though its more of a subconscious factor.
