My little brother howls whenever an alarm goes off. anyone have any idea how to curb this behavior? (mom and dad don't love it, either...)

He is either joking around or he has been scared. Either which you guys need to find out if he is scared that way you and your parents can comfort him

You need to try to calm him down! He has been frightened. Offer him a sucker, or some chocolate, or a toy. Take him to a different part of the house, cuddle him, try singing softly. He needs help to calm down, because he has been startled! :(
