well i had it for a year now and i tried mederma it did work could bleaching cream help i need it off its messing with my confidents i can look people in the face and im scared to talk to girls cause i got this its a circle really black scar im brown skinned so its noticable

Have you ever had ring worm? because it could be a scar from that, and if its a scar its gonna be hard to removed unless its done medicaly. The creams your using could be making it worse! Try some Vit E cream and grow your hair

If it was a truama scar it could be easliy removed exactly the same way actual tattoos are removed see a board certified derm that specializes in lasers
