Says on the back ...
A light relatively dry white wine from the Veneto region in northern Italy . Ideal with white meats and fish dishes..
What the hell do i do ? I have no white meats or fish ? Do i do the rebellious thing and just drink the wine or shall i wait until i go fishing and catch some fish ?

hmmm! tough one...if you really feel that you have to have something to eat with it...why not cheese and crackers?
But by the time the question has got all it's answers...it'll be gone....I think..cos you say it is a "nice bottle of Soave"...so you've had it before...just drink it!!!!

Drink the wine. The fish can find something else to swim in.

To the chippy, wait until after a proper purchase of a fish to cook at home, cook a chicken, or simply drink it!
I would probably drink it.
