MAOI prescribers and users. Is there a med to be taken at the onset of hypertensive crisis?

I recall that in hospital ERs they use IV volume depleators such as furosemide (Brand Name Lasix). Don't know of anything that you can use at home. Lasix also comes in an oral pill form but for crisis situation it's not very speedy.
