I'm interested in detoxing my body for the first time. Just looking for a simple way to cleanse my system and maybe lose a few pounds in the process.
I'm not very interested in fasting, however.
Can anyone recommend a good way to ease into a detox that doesn't require too much..maybe a list of foods and liquids I should consume more of/ what to cut out. That sort of thing.
Again, this is my first time, so I don't know exactly how I should go about this. Any suggestions would be great
