I drank orange juice that expired Feb 08, it's currently Feb 24. I heard food poisoning can occur. It's been at the back of my refrigerator the whole time though. I had a really minor headache when I drank orange juice that expired for a few days int he past. Should I be worried considering this time it's several weeks expired?

Wouldn't it be toxic since I drank it over 2 weeks after it expired? Any medical experts here?

Throw it out! It's not worth the risk of getting sick.

Orange juice loses its freshness and gets a bitter taste when it's expired. It won't make you ill. You only have to worry about animal based products making you ill when expired. That would be anything with eggs, old meats or dairy can make you violently ill.

If it didn't smell bad when you opened it, I wouldn't worry about it!
