Most girls like a guy who is bigger/taller than they are, because we like to feel "safe" with them.
Personally, I like a guy who
- makes me laugh
- generally has a good personality
- decent looking (nice smile, eyes and hair)
- nice body (strong but not too muscly)

I am only speaking for myself. I like a guy who is nice looking, clean shaving. If he has a beard, as long as the beard looks nice and is nice and trim, that is also acceptable (but, I prefer a clean-cut guy). He has to have clean teeth. I could not give two s-hits if he has fake teeth (capped) but he has to be cleaned and nice and brushed and have fresh breath. He also needs to be decent when it comes to his body. I do not mean that he has to have muscles everywhere (do not fancy those bodybuilder type) but, I do not want him looking like a slob. Make him look half way decent.
Also, how you talk to someone. If you are smiling and look into that girl's eyes and make her the only thing you are paying attention to, then that is another thing that would attract a girl to a guy.
And another plus: clean hands. When a guy have clean hands, fingernails, that means that he is not some type of vain person, that means that he likes to look clean and be clean.
These are the things that makes a woman physically attracted to a guy. Or, anyone for that matter.

i'm not okay with guys that have the bellys, because if i have to take care of myself and worry about my weight, my guy could stand to do a few push-ups to.
i really am a sucker for the spiky gel hair, like in the punk/kinda of jock way. i know confusing right?
what i cannot stand are gotees(i think that's spelled right) you know those little beards that circle around a guy's mouth. i mean sometimes it looks good, but most of the times it looks really cheesy.

dude girls just like guys are not the same they have different preferences, while other girls will like your handsome but shallow guy some will like the not so cute guy but with a kind heart...personally i like a guy with a sense of humour who will take time to get to know me and treats me with respect...
In terms of looks initially what attracts you to someone is how they look however if someone takes their time and shows genuine interest in me other than getting me to the sack then they stand a very good chance of me liking them....

I like their muscles, figure, courage, eyes/hair, their real personality No drugs or anything like that. I'll be ok if he's a little taller than I am. Not toooo tall but not toooo short. ;) Smell good. I like that physically.

tall, tall, TALL!!! i cant help it. its one of the most superficial things about me. i really only seem to be interested in guys that are taller than 6'. i think thats mostly just me though. other than that, i also like longer hair and they should have their own style...none of that expensive name-brand crap out there...i have weird taste in guys, i know :)

it depends on the girl. everyone likes diferent things and its not always about what you look like its who you are. just present your self well (IE clean clothes, washed,) smell good, and be confident.
