i need to bring a compass to school on monday but i don't know where to buy it. do they sell it in target???? or any other stores. the price has to be less than 15

Are you taking about a compasss for orienteering or a compas for making circles? The first one can be found at any sporting goods store, the other where they sell school supplies.

Walmart should have them in the sporting good section. Ask at the gun counter in the sporting goods area. They should be one for under $15. Good luck and God bless.
