I am in the process of purchasing a new home, (2,300 sq ft 3bdrm 2ba) of which I want to do a few DIY improvements. I want to paint the living room, halls, and 2 of the bedrooms, and to add shutters and shrubs to the outside of the home. Does anyone know an estimate of how much it will run me? And the cheapest ways to go? Also I want to add wall to wall carpet to about 1,900 of the sqft (this will be done professionally as I am 4 months pregnate and cant fathom doing it myself at 7 months which is when I plan to do the remodeling.)

if you do the labor yourself it should only cost you about three hundred dollars inclulding the plants depending on what part of the country you live in
