No, But if you put garlic powder and onion powder on pork. Then it can be possible you could have bad smell on your body and breath.

Not usually but spices in the food could come out in your pours and they sweat out a bad smell garlic is one of the worse

Why would it? There is nothing in it that makes us secrete bad smells other than one's own body odor. I think you bf is trying to pull a fast one on ya.
