Try eating (I know, it just doesn't sound right, but trust me) a few slices of pineapple. The enzymes will help break down the food you have already consumed and you will get relief fairly quickly.
This is a great trick to have handy on days like Thanksgiving!

This will pass on its own in about 2 hours. Try not to overeat again if possible. It is uncomfortable and leads to obesity. Enjoy your meals with nice dishes, candles, and music.Overeating disrespects your body. Make eating a special time. May you feel better soon.

Try sitting on the toilet, you have to let some of your old junk from previous eating. After taking a big "dump", you will feel much better.

Take a Gas-X or Maalox if you have it, wear loose clothes, and try to keep moving around or take a walk. Whatever you do, don't lay down or bend over...it gets worse.
