What does it mean? Help Please?

There is this exchange student at our school and I like him a lot I even want to ask him to prom. He played for the football team in the fall. His jersey number was 23. Everyday there is something to do with the number 23. My sister played soccer and her number was 23. My Economics book is 23. Everytime I look at a clock it's always _:23 and so on. Why do I keep getting these signs. I like this guy a lot and I can't seem to get the courage to talk to him. What do the signs mean.

What does it mean? It just means you are subconsciously looking for the number 23. There are probably many other occurrences that have nothing to do with the number 23 but since you want to believe otherwise, you ignore these.

For example, you probably do look at the clock at a time other than :23 but do so subconsciously. Hence, you do not notice the time unless it is :23.

The signs mean nothing. They have nothing to do with the guy. If you like the guy, just gather up the courage to talk to him. What's the worst that can happen? You won't get a deadly disease or become paralyzed, and anything besides that is not even a problem.

my opinion, these signs dont mean anything; its all just coincidence. the number 23 stands out to you because it reminds you of this guy so whenever you see the number 23 around you, you pay extra attention to it. ive done the same thing before, it doesnt mean anything. if you like him, then you should do something about it instead of spending so much time looking for signs. your actions will speak much louder than symbols. besides whats the worst that can happen? if he turns you down he's going to be leaving the country anyways, right? :)

Try reading Shea & Wilson's "Illuminatus" trilogy. (But don't take it TOO seriously, merely because a lot of it is true.)

(The late R.A.Wilson, since the mid '70s publication of "Illuminatus", has been the progenitor of the '23' mystery. Whoever wrote the current movie "23" probably has either read Wilson or read someone who has read Wilson.)

It is a consiracy. I wake up at 4 in the morning every morning and go back to sleep. You should ask him to the prom, you never know until you go for it, it can be a good thing. You will regeret it if you don't.

I know how you feel. I like this girl and I see her nickname everywhere, in textbooks, street signs, tv, etc. I am also confused with what to do. I hope your find an answer.
