I love him very much but its a girl that's claims she has a baby by him.When she had her baby i had a miscarriage at that time . i give him credit for telling me that she had the baby, but he said its not his.And if he believe that it was his he would take care of it ,but like he said its not. He asked to get a dna test and she lied and said it was on feb 4 and that was sunday.So i don't know to do.So i need some intelligent answers please.AND NOT FROM DYLAN M THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

it sounds like YOUR relationship is fine, you love him, he's honest with you etc. he needs to insist on having the dna test rescheduled and if the baby is his, he needs to share in the responsibilities of raising a child with this other woman. If the two of them can not figure it out on their own, a judge will help determine financial and custodial issues. as long as he continues to be honest with you, and you are willing to support him (and the baby, if it's his) then it can all work out.

a simple swab in the mouth determines the dna of the people involved . if the women knows he is the father she will take him to court and and the dept of revenue and welfare will force him to pay child support until the child is 18. and longer if the child goes to college. if he is the father she would have to be an idiot not to prove it in court.if he is not the father tell him to always wear a condom when i get done paying chid support its over 3 thousand a year multiply that by 18 years not so good is it.

You should arrange another DNA test. Only then will you know if it is your man's baby. If it is, he should own up and take care of his responsibilities (and you should move on)
(If the mother refuses to do a DNA test, then it probably isn't his)

I don't know what to tell you...if he says it isn't his...you have to make a choice...either you believe him or you don't...if she comes after him later for support...there isn't a court in the world that is going to make him be responsible for a baby without DNA testing....

DNA testing is about $500.00 now days.
Ask if he even had sex with her.
Ask her to see the childs birth certificate, showing proof that he's the father of the child, if he is, it should have been recorded on their.

Oh, I thought he had done jail time or something like that... Honestly, if he slept around on you, well... I'm not optimistic, but it's up to you, really. I'd wait and see how things turn out, though, before I made any final judgments.

ok well if he is that much confidern't that it is not his and well you are woried about it. well the dna test is the only thing that would solve this problem and there is notthing that you should be woried about cause well it is kind of complicated I mean you say you are not sure he says NO she says Yes and it is basicaly b/n your words so well make sure of every thing.
