At your age it is very normal to do that. Heck, it will more than likely carry on to old age if you are lucky.
Seriously, don't worry about it, masturbating three, four or more times a day during teen years is not unusual. it is your body's way of ops checking the equipment and making sure everything is well lubricated and fully functional.
The only downside to it (other than the cost of Jergens and tissue) is when you do it to try and orgasm quickly. It may train your body to ejaculate prematurely which will have a negative effect on your relationships when you grow up.
If you really need someone to talk about it face to face, you can talk to your father (As long as he is the approachable type). He was your age once and went through it too. He can tell you what he done to curb the activity (If he did, try going to sleep tonight with that thought in your head).
People who make fun of it are doing so for a few reasons; it is a funny subject and they could just be covering up because they do it themselves.

The Bible never specifically mentions masturbation or states whether masturbation is a sin. There is no question, however, as to whether the actions that lead to masturbation are sinful. Masturbation is the end result of lustful thoughts, sexual stimulation, and/or pornographic images. It is these problems that need to be dealt with. If the sins of lust and pornography are forsaken and overcome - the problem of masturbation will become a non-issue.
The Bible tells us to avoid even the appearance of sexual immorality (Ephesians 5:3). I do not see how masturbating can pass that particular test. Sometimes a good test for whether something is a sin or not is whether you would be proud to tell others what you had just done. If it is something you would be embarrassed or ashamed about if others found out, it is very likely that it is a sin. Another good test is to determine whether we can honestly, in good conscience, ask God to bless and use the particular activity for His own good purposes. I do not think masturbation qualifies as something we can be "proud" of or can genuinely thank God for.
The Bible teaches us, "Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God" (1 Corinthians 10:31). If there is room for doubt as to whether it pleases God, then it is best to give it up. There is definitely room for doubt in regards to masturbation. "For whatsoever is not of faith is sin" (Romans 14:23). I do not see how, according to the Bible, masturbation could be considered glorifying to God. Further, we need to remember that our bodies, as well as our souls, have been redeemed and belong to God. "What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? For ye are bought with a price; therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's" (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). This great truth should have a real bearing on what we do and where we go with our bodies. So, in light of these principles, I would definitely have to say that masturbation is a sin according to the Bible. I do not believe that masturbation is pleasing to God, avoids the appearance of immorality, or passes the test of God having ownership over our bodies.

There is nothing to make fun of here.
A certain amount of it is expected - and you describe
pretty normal patterns of when you do it. On the
basis of what you have said, I would not worry about it.
Yes, you can over-do it, and yes, it can become an
addiction. If you really fear that that is what is going
on, then you should find some other activity ...
If worse comes to worse, you ask your parents to
see a doctor and if you don't want to tell them about
it, then you tell them to mind their own business.
And if they persist, tell them that they are interfering
with the doctor/patient relationship on a sexual matter
which is illegal.
I say that glibly, having never heard of any doing that
before. They could, but they don't.

There is nothing wrong with you, there are two ways to look at this:
a) You can either stop because you believe that your religion is right when they call for sexual restraint, and but you have to truly believe it for it to hold.
b) You can see that what you're feeling is normal, the hormones are raging, and sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do.
If you want to stop, you just have to be true to your intentions for stopping, if you don't put enough faith in that, you can't really stop.

you are in a phase. It is really hard to resist sometimes but you have to try to distract yourself with other things like hobbies and sports. Get involved and pray about it. Nobody is perfect but praying will help.

part of why you do it is because its something you feel is a bad thing and people always like to do the things they arent supposed to do. Stop stressing over it or feeling guilty then your problem goes away

It's natural. Don't sweat it. Touch that little S.O.B all you want to. The best way to tell your body that you're here doing what you're meant to do (reproduce) is by practicing it over and over and over again. Ha Ha

There is nothing wrong with what you are doing. You will not go blind and no one will hate you. It is a natural part of growing up.
