Wonderful question.
I think that you will be a judge. You will also have God's knowledge of the person and circumstances. What the motivations were of the person who harmed you. All the whys wherefores all the inputs. You will have every bit of information that there is. You will be able to make the correct judgment.

It's been awhile since I've been Christian, but I'm pretty sure God gets to do all the judging. I highly doubt he'd invite humans (being as ruled by our emotions as we are) to be judging anyone. LOL!
But I will tell you this - all of the people in this life who have hurt me deeply - I've forgiven them already and moved on. As far as I'm concerned - they judge themselves more harshly than I ever could. I think that's true for most folks. We're our own toughest critics.

Well, i think God does the judging but if i were going to live for ever in the after life i'd probably cut them some slack as they couldn't hurt me anymore!!!

It is during this mortal life that we are to forgive others, including ourselves, and not judge. Any judging will be done by Jesus Christ. He had said, "I, the Lord, will forgive whom I will forgive, but of you it is required to forgive all men" (D&C 64:10).
Start forgiving yourself and then forgive others as well in this life. It is highly unlikely we will be judges of men that our decision will assign them to either heaven or hell.

Midge in my beliefs... we are our own judge and jury
we feel the pain and the love we have given out and we see things clearly
we place ourself on a realm we feel deserving off

only God can judge but if given the choice I would turn it down b/c it would prob be a test of whether you had forgiven the person or not

I will be content to leave judgments to God, but even if it were up to me, I would say that it would be impossible to stand in His presence and hold a grudge. Against anyone, for anything.

It is not your job to judge. That responsibility is reserved by and for God.

God will be the judge. We are to forgive those who hurt us or we will be judged accordingly. If we won't forgive, God may not forgive us.

If such a thing were offered, I'd have to bow out. I'd trust God's judgement far more than I'd trust my own!
