That really depends on the circumstances. Christians are equally as capable as blaming someone else as an atheist. It also depends on their personality, and it could be regardless whether they are a Christian or not.

However, a Christian who has very strong faith in God, and does absolutely everything for Him, is probably more likely to tell the truth and admit that what they did was wrong, because God approves of admitting that you are wrong rather then keep on defending yourself just so you can be right.

I would think it would depend more on their personality, though, rather then religion.

If I am wrong, I admit it. I am a Christian, and I have done this a lot of times. The secret is making sure you are actually right before you start telling anyone else something. Sometimes, an "I do not know" is a lot better than an incorrect one.

how many atheists will admit that evolution is a theory that CAN NOT BE PROVEN?

people in general don't like to admit when they've made a mistake, and are even less likely to admit when they've been immoral. That's just basic human nature.

Not admitting error require absolutism and dogmatic certainty, which is usually the perverted purview of the religious (though not always).

Anyone can have a big ego, religious or not.

An atheist. If there was evidence for any theistic religion we're smart enough to know we're wrong.

Christians and other theists (the fundies anyway) won't listen to reason/facts. They rather live in a delusion bubble than face reality.

The Christian if he or she is a Christian repents of their wrong every day. We don't want to hide anything to God and we are always admitting our failures.

From my opinion, an atheist.

Atheist would admit they're wrong,

Some Christians however.......it's either Ignore or Change Subject.

(I said some, alright? I didn't generalize.)

I don't think that this has anything to do with a person's religion or lack thereof.

Some folks seem to be constitutionally unable to admit it when they are wrong, or to apologize.

I have no idea why this is so.

A christian is more likely to give a confession so they would sooner admit it .

Hi. Happy Sabbath. ...anyone who knows that all humans are imperfect can admit when we're wrong. Take care.
