The unit has 5 plates. Ones that are used all the time are now worn out.

These units have come down in price so much and are inproved why not buy a new one?

Call the company that manufactures George Foreman Grills- they will more than likely sell the parts to you. I have done this before with another product. Good luck and I think this will do the trick... if they have discontinued the product they may still have what you need in stock.
I am glad to hear you have used your grill so much- I now may buy one on you good recomendation!

look for them at the place you got your grill, or go to the website. (i know ordering online kinda stinks, but if you really need the plates, go for it.)
