Depending on how done you want it, such as rare, meadium, well, etc.....I would say about 6 hours.

I just received a pot for Xmas, and hears what it says.Put vegetables in bottom of stoneware, salt and pepper meat then place in pot on top of vegetables Add Liquid. Cover and cook on
Low 10 to 12 hours for a 3 or 4lb boneless beef roast'
cook on High for 5 to 6 hours
Recipe is
3 medium potatoes thinly sliced
2 large carrots, thinly sliced
1 onion sliced
13to 4lbs of roast
1tsp. salt 1/2 ground black pepper
1/2 cup of water or beef broth.

when you can start peeling the meet with a fork and it comes off easy it's done,any longer will be overdone,don't check for at least 4 or 5 hrs. as you release heat from crock pot

I normally cook it for at least 4hrs on high at first then low when the meat starts to fall apart. I also have carrots, potatoes and whatever. Good Luck with the roast!

About 5 or 6 hours with vegetables included.
