Can I used lamp shades from US witch is 120V 60HZ to Asia witch is
220V 60HZ. I know the voltages is an issue, but this is just a lamp shades, the current should just flow doesn't it? If there's electronic parts, then I know I should need step down transformer.

Sorry for not being specific. What I meant was the desk lamp itself, with the shades.

1.) Figure out if you can purchase Asian 220V bulbs that will screw into an American style lamp socket. I have no idea how to advise you here.
2.) You'll want to purchase bulbs which have the same wattage. That way the lamps will have the same brightness and generate the same amount of heat.
3.) Change the plug from an American style to an Asian style. No problem here
4.) Because you'll be using a 120V appliance in a 220V country, the current (amperage) in the wiring will be reduced by half. No problem here.
5.) You absolutely do not need a step-down transformer. American wire insulation can easily handle the increased voltage.
6.) Because of the higher voltage, the lamp's switch might quit working a little sooner due to more contact arcing, as the circuit opens. No hazard, it'll just last 20 years instead of maybe 30. This is trivial.

As far as I can see, you should have no problem, assuming you can buy 220V bulbs that fit 120V sockets. (I've never seen an Asian lamp bulb and have no idea here.) Again, it is imperative you use lamps of the same power, for safety's sake. (60 American watts exactly equals 60 Asian watts.)

Just the lamp shade? Of course - the wattage of the bulb is the determining factor when heat is a concern.

You are indeed correct that electronic devices require the proper voltage.

What are you talking about. A lamp shade is simply a piece of material that deflects light.
