Are you a British national? Then, you don't need a visa for Spain...But, if you're an American or from another Non-EU country, you should renew your passport real soon!!! As far as I know, your passport must be valid at least 6 months before you can visit an EU country. But, I am no expert in this subject.

Before I tell you something wrong, you better should contact the Spanish Embassy in your country (search for their website in your country on Yahoo or Google)

Greetings from Germany

You will need to check with visa requirements because although you will have no problems returning to the U.S.--some countries will not issue entrance visas to people with passports that have less than 3 months validity.

To save yourself any further stress, ring your airline first thing on Monday morning. You still have enough time to get an emergency renewal by appointment if they say you need it, but it will cost you about £100...

If you are an EU national, you will be fine. If not, you have trouble so speak to Spanish embassy in the country you are currently in.
