In the spanish language, does the word piscina that means pool have an accent on the "n" or anywhere else?

No, it doesn´t.

No, in spanish the only ones that can have an accent in it are Vowels

No. And "the accent on the 'n'" you mentioned is actually called a tilde, and would change the pronunciation of the word.
