Spanish translation: how do you say "Hold the CTRL key"?

I want to say: "Hold the CTRL key to choose more than one."

I am guessing it's something like: "______ la tecla CTRL para escoger más de una." (please help me fill in the blank)

Also, how do you say "click on each item", as in when clicking on something with the computer mouse?

1) Click= OPRIMA
Hold=MANTENGA
So put together I would say: "Oprima y mantenga la tecla Ctrl..."
2) Item= articulo
in this case Click= "seleccione" as in select.
So, "Seleccione cada articulo..."
