i want to learn the way to check television?

sound, image, check the diferent transistor,diode, resistance,etc withour taking of the part form it, how to check the electronic card.

Some of the individual components on a circuit board cannot be tested while soldered on the board - for instance, if a transistor is in parallel with a small coil, the transistor will "test" shorted while in the circuit. This is true of both solid state and linear devices as well as capacitors and so on. Odds are, if the component checks OK on the board, it's probably OK - but if it checks faulty, you should disconnect at least one of the leads and recheck it out of circuit.
