Read, if you can. I assume you have some form of literacy level as you have inquired about 'spelling' and 'gramma(r)'. Read enough, and you'll eventually learn by 'rote'(memory) how words are spelled and sentences and paragraphs, etc., are formed, generally speaking. If further methods than this are required and you have a real desire to improve, you may consider taking remedial courses or courses of learning that begin at your present level.

You have to practice, try buying books on grammar and books on spelling words.

practice it by doing some excercises or w.s about it probably in the internet you can find places to help you with that
