I have all 15 or so symptoms . . ..

balance of
1.feeling of stress
2. feeling dirty/defiled
3.fatigue
4.pain
5. digestive problems (acidic condition)
6. sensitivity-water too dirty to bathe in for ex

First, you definitely should get a thorough check-up by a qualified physician. Second, you may have depression and/or an anxiety disorder, but some of you symptoms also sound like OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder). Counseling and medication can be helpful in managing these problems, but it is best to make sure you don't have any other conditions that might cause some of the symptoms like diabetes, hypothyroidism, a chronic infection, among other things.

what is causing the stress?
if unstoppable (even temporary) work, family, bills, etc then all you can do is find what relaxes you. talking, exercising, tea, reading, sleeping, playin with pet etc. or meds as a later resort. your body is capable of dealing with stress, even extreme levels if you give it time to rejuvenate.

if stoppable, then stop it! or at least set up a plan to correct it and/or adjust it.
