I want to know why women find it hard to accept that I love them, but will not change for them. I am not saying I will not compremize over important things, and will not try and pay attention to her needs and wants. I will however not change who I am! Why do you need to change me? I am happy with who I am, and it hurts to know that you do not think that what I am is not dessirable. You do not own me, just my heart. Then why do the girls I have gone out with have to try and change what I find at the very core of my being to be what I am? Why?

Find someone who will accept you for what you are and won't try to change you. This will be a proof of real love!

In my opinion, you must be feeling what i call a "fake love", that's where you think you truly and sincerely love someone, but you actually don't. Your feelings just take over. It is a good thing that you do pay attention to them though, but if they don't like who you are, that kinda means that they're not right for you. If you have a very close regular friend that's a girl and you hang out with alot, you may love them instead of the person you're going out with, but you're just blind to how much you love them. If a girl breaks up with you for not liking who you are, stay out of the dating game for a bit and see if you truly love that very close friend. If you search your heart and find that you do, then ask them out. If they say yes, you don't have to worry about them wanting you to change, because they liked you for who you are before you even went out. If yuo try this, I think you have a good chance then, because guees what, that's happened to me, all this has. And right now I'm going strong and steady with the girl who use to just be my friend, but is now my girlfriend. Hope this helps you out.

"what i am" and "who i am" are often interpreted with common misconception "what men are" is humans, "who men are" is pigs.
so what is wrong with trying to help you BE what you are?
