Why is it recommended not to mix alcohol and Zoloft? What are the side effects of doing so? Anyone? Thanks!

Timewise, keep the taking of the drug, and drinking alcohol spaced out.

And, go easyyyyyyy in the alcohol.

A g lass of wine or as beer, no more, if you must drink. Under no circumstances, drive.

Not recommended., but if you really want a drink...you'll do it anyway.

i'm confident that the alcohol enhances some of the negative side effects associated with zoloft, making you feel drowsy and out of it. it won't kill you, but you'll be a cheaper drunk.

Mixing the two can have a sedating effect. Really not recommended.
