How to get rid of eyebags???

I have dark eyebags, but i dont want to use any expensive product or anything. What should i do??? Eat healthy, sleep right, and drink water? If i do this, when will it go away?

yeah pretty much... also eating to much slat causes it

alll you do is put mackup over your eyebags
