I have a few ebooks that do not allow me to use the print function so I am not able to back up my copies of these ebooks on adobe. I have no problem backing up ebooks that allow me to print it is the ones that don't allow me to even print it that is giving me trouble. Any suggestions?

Find out what version of software the ebook was made with. you should be able to download that software and reverse the process and do it that. You can always also cut and paste or use screen shots, but that's more tedious.

the reason why it dont allow you to print it because it is lock or protected and you dont have the permission of the author or seller. as far as i know you need to pay from the source (original source or seller) to have an unlock code for that.
you can just use the simple printscreen and paste to the specific page you want to print because using this on a 200pages ebook will take you hours or days to finish.
