If the car was being driven with in the state described the police would probably seize the vehicle & impound it. To get the car back proof of insurance would have to be supplied or the car will be crushed.

Normally no licence & no insurance would result in 6 points & fine which would usually be in the hundreds of pounds.

No tax is dealt with seperately, could be a fine of up to £1000 I believe although this level of fine would seem unlikely. The issue of the mot on it's own would probably attract a prohibition order on the vehicle.

The fact that someone lives in the car would I suspect be immaterial in the eyes of the law & wouldn't prevent it from being impounded.

Trying to read ur question properly, do u mean ur living rough in ur car? I would say u would lose ur licence as so many offences have been committed, i am not sure if u will have to go to imprisson, if possible and ur homeless the judge may take pity on u and give u community service and a possible fine but u will get points on ur licence thats if u have one.

The fine would be about £500, plus points on your licence and you have to pay back the revenue lost on the road tax disc.

There is no penalty for living in the car but there are severe penalties when the rest is added up.
