We had thawed 5 pounds of pork spare ribs and was going to BBQ them, but a nasty little thunderstorm blew in and now I can't BBQ them

I thought about cutting them off of the rib bone and maybe putting them in a wok, but I am open to ANY suggestions.

Thanks!

My mom makes her ribs in the oven. She gets a jar of spare rib sauce, whatever flavour strikes her fancy, then she pours it over the ribs in a big baking dish. They come out of the oven so nice and tender that the meat falls off the bone.

Here's a couple ways my family enjoys...

Honey Garlic Spareribs

4 pounds pork spareribs, cut in serving-size pieces
1/4 teaspoon pepper
salt
garlic powder
1/2 cup honey
3 tablespoons cider vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 cloves garlic, finely minced

Season spareribs with salt, garlic powder, and pepper; arrange in a 13x9x2-inch baking dish. Cover with foil and bake at 325° for one hour, or until tender; drain off all liquid. In a saucepan, combine honey, vinegar, soy sauce, and garlic.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for about 5 minutes. Drizzle honey mixture over spareribs and bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes, basting frequently. Pork spareribs recipe serves 4.

Spareribs baked with a molasses and vinegar sauce

Spareribs, about 1 pound per person
1 cup molasses
1 cup prepared mustard
1 cup cider vinegar
Cut spareribs into serving-size pieces. Sprinkle with salt and put in shallow baking pan. Bake at 350° for about 1 1/4 hours, or until tender. In a bowl, stir together molasses and mustard; stir in vinegar. When spareribs are tender, pour off fat and generously brush with sauce mixture. Bake an additional 30 minutes, basting and turning frequently.

put them in a crock pot with a bottle of bbq sauce, cutting them off the bone will cook them faster and make room for them. Trim off the fat as well
