From what I understand...there are people in poor countries that eat every part of the pig. The feet, ears, snout, intestines, everything from the rooter to the tooter.

I believe you can eat almost every part. What can't be eaten, probably goes to dog food or something along that line.

I would think that every part of the pig gets used when they make sausages.(Cheap ones that is).

I agree with teeth and toenails...

I think every other part is edible... Even though you might not want to.
